The Summer School offers top students worldwide an opportunity to discover the diversity of Air Liquide's operations for a week at our headquarters in Paris. Would you like to join this adventure?

Become one of 30 selected students who gain invaluable insight into the daily operations and challenges at Air Liquide. The program consists of company presentations, site visits, group discussions, case studies, team building and much more! Not only that, Summer School can be your first step towards a career within Air Liquide.

The participants are guests of Air Liquide and expenses for activities included in the schedule are paid by Air Liquide:

  • Insurance
  • Visa and administrative fees
  • Air ticket to and from Paris
  • Accommodation, breakfast and lunch

    VIE – for newly graduated students

    VIE (Voluntary International Enterprise) gives newly graduated students a unique opportunity to carry out an international assignment.

    The assignment lasts for a period of 12 to 24 months, with remuneration. With this international experience, you are required to take personal responsibility, which prepares you for your future career.

    Air Liquide offers several different VIE roles, both in terms of geographic location, business area and duties. By working independently and taking personal responsibility, you learn to manage your own projects.

    ALLEX – a program for future leaders

    Perhaps you are wondering which part of our large business will be best for you when it comes to developing your skills? We have the answer. We call the program ALLEX, which stands for Air Liquide Leading EXcellence. This is a two-year program that gives newly graduated students the opportunity to try working in several different business areas and learn about the company's culture.

    Internship & Apprenticeship

    At Air Liquide, we know that internships and apprenticeships are a crucial way to gain experience and kick-start a career. So if you are looking for a position, there are plenty of opportunities in our wide array of activities and good chances to join our entities abroad.

    As an Apprentice with us you’ll be fully supported to achieve a nationally recognised qualification by the end of your programme duration at Air Liquide. You’ll be fully supported by an experienced member of the team, learning all about how we deliver an outstanding service, making you an expert in your chosen field.

    We’ll also assign you a buddy and assessor to guide you through your day-to-day tasks. Our programme offers roles across the UK and, no matter where you join, you’ll get both face-to-face and virtual training to learn the skills and knowledge required for the role. You’ll pick up the ropes from a role model who you will shadow and work with for the duration of your apprenticeship.
