Once installed, the bulk storage tank allows you to concentrate on your core activities without worrying about the continuity of your gas supply. Your process equipment remains permanently connected to the gas supply, ready for use, as and when you need it.

Minimises operator handling

Using bulk liquid negates the need for cylinder handling and changeovers. The storage tanks operate at pressures similar to your application and gas is piped directly to the point of use, reducing exposure for personnel to pressurised gases.

Increases productivity and operating efficiency

Bulk liquid products provide a continuous, uninterrupted gas supply, even during tank refills. Product replenishment takes place automatically using telemetry technology, negating the need to place orders. Deliveries are less frequent than the equivalent cylinder deliveries and require no operator input or time-consuming handling. Administration can also be simplified by a decrease in the number of invoices requiring processing.

Bulk liquid products eliminate product residuals returned in cylinders and dewars, so you only pay for the gas you use.

Reduces Gas Supply Space Requirement

Bulk liquid products reduce the storage space required for gases -  one small liquid tank can contain the equivalent of 120 cylinders, depending on the tank size and type of gas. The cylinder equivalent requires a considerably larger footprint than the bulk liquid option.

Dedicated tanks eliminate the potential risk of cross contamination, guaranteeing consistency of your gas supply. This is particularly beneficial in the analytical and laser markets.
