Filling & Handling Helium filled Balloons

What To Do ...
| |
- Read, understand and observe the safety precautions on the cylinder neck label and the warning on the side of the cylinder.
- Use a cylinder hand truck to move cylinders.
- Always store cylinders in a well ventilated area and in an upright secured position so
they cannot be tipped or pushed over.
- Transport cylinders only in a well ventilated truck.
- Always use a regulator designed for balloon filling operations. Contact your supplier if questions arise or if more information is needed.
- Check all connections for leaks before filling balloons.
- Close the cylinder valve after each use and when cylinder is empty.
|
| Not too little! Not too much! Inflate your balloon to the specified size. That way you won't waste gas and 'pop' balloons. A 10" balloon inflated to 12" uses twice the gas. |
|
What Not To Do ...
